The Lansing City Market has created a Freshness Calendar to remind you of when your favorite fruits and vegetables are at their peak of freshness. It’s a simple calendar that can be printed out and hung on your refrigerator so you know when strawberries will be bursting with flavor or when bell peppers will be crisp and tasty.

All you need to do is download the calendar and print it out.
